    The pool area is clean with fine ocean views and the staff shined with their friendliness, making breakfast a good experience.

    Staff were attentive throughout our stay. The only downside was the noise from housekeeping early in the morning, which disturbed our sleep. It was a great experience, especially with the fine beach view from our room.

    Perfect hotel, amazingly attentive and well experienced stuff, fantastic location willing to share useful ne for sightseeing. Modern, brand-new unit with stunning view, balcony, for instance. Location not far from the restaurant inside, Vietnam, and Phu Quoc for sun.

    The Premium Beautiful Ocean View room was super spacious and comfy! The decor felt really luxurious, and the views were just amazing. It had all the amenities you could want and even English movies available. Just wish there was someone to bring drinks by the pool or service that lived up to the 5-star title.

    Staying at shells resort & spa was a nice experience. The luxury villa garden view was spacious and clean, providing great comfort. The spa services were excellent, with treatments that left me feeling rejuvenated. Plus, the private beach was a beautiful spot to relax and enjoy the sun.
